Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Aperion. We value your satisfaction and want you to feel confident with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return under the conditions below.

1) Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • The item must be in the same condition as received.

  • The item must be returned with original tags and packaging (where applicable).

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation/receipt) must be provided.

2) Damaged or Incorrect Items (Urgent Reporting)

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 1–2 days of receiving the order.
Please share clear photos/videos of the issue so we can assist quickly.

3) How to Request a Return or Report an Issue

All return/exchange requests must be made by contacting us through:

4) Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will inform you whether your refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Original delivery/shipping charges are not refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent / confirmed defect).

5) Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item is out of stock, a refund or alternative option may be offered.

6) Items Not Eligible for Return

The following are generally not eligible for return/refund:

  • Gift cards / vouchers (if applicable)

  • Custom or personalised items (if applicable)

  • Items that are worn, washed, altered, or returned without tags/packaging (where applicable)

7) Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent / confirmed defect).

  • If the return is due to our error, Aperion will guide you on the return process accordingly.

8) Processing Time

Returns and refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
